Collection: Playing Cards

Playing Cards come in a wide variety of styles and only a few sizes. Some decks feature stylized characters, pictures or symbols for the face cards, while others have standard face cards. Playing cards also come in Regular Index style or Large Index. Large Index have larger letters and numbers in the corners for easy reading.

The two most popular card sizes are Bridge and Poker. Bridge-sized cards are narrower than Poker-sized playing cards making them more comfortable for games that require you to hold a lot of cards in your hand - like many trick-taking games. For Solitaire games, the even smaller Patience cards are an excellent solution as they are shorter and narrower than Bridge cards. Perfect for your favorite Solitaire game on a lap desk or bed tray.

Playing Card Decks vary by number of cards. Standard American decks typically contain 54 cards: four suits (spades, hearts, diamonds and clubs) of 13 cards each (1-10, J, Q, K, A) and two Jokers. A few decks do not include any Jokers.

Euchre decks typically include 8, 9, 10, J, Q, K, A in four suits. Often two such decks with different backs are packaged together along with two sets of scoring cards (two 2s and two 3s; or two 4s and two 6s).

Pinochle decks are similar to Euchre decks, but include two each of 8, 9, 10, J, Q, K, A in each of the four suits.
